We are a family business. We started our journey in 2006 working in property management. We quickly evolved into a real estate company servicing the needs of local residents. We have a simple idea. Communication. It is so important that future and current clients can contact us. It is frustrating to try and get a hold of a realtor who does not pick up or even worst, does not return a call. However, communication is just the start of a journey with us. Our knowledge is second to none, our Florida licensed realtor is not just good at what she does, she knows what there is to know about the area. Just as in life, things change and we adapt, our first Real Estate endeavor was in property and helping clients buy or sell. That was the groundwork for who we are today. It not only gave us experience in the field but brought about how we interact with clients. Continual learning is so important. Now we still do the property real estate, but we transitioned into land. Over the last 4 years we have bought and sold hundreds of land lots. We buy land direct. No middleman, no assigning a contract. We can close in just a few days, our quickest was 7 days. We want to beat that. Try us out, all it will cost is a phone call.

Toni is our eldest daughter and has a wealth of experience in the Real Estate market. A realtor with over 15 years of experience. She lives and breathes this.
Larissa our youngest, is trained to assist Toni in her real estate field.
